


Super-food Hemp Smoothies
I drink a smoothie every day. It’s a quick, delicious and easy way for me to get some nutrients and I can easily while being able to be on the go with a toddler. I’ve adapted these four “superfood” smoothies to add in some Aja Hemp oil for added benefits. They’re all so delicious and packed with some of the best nutrients you can find!

Quinoa Raspberry Coconut
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond coconut milk
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 medjool date
- ½ cup cooked quinoa
- 2 tbsp dried goji berries
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 Dropper of Aja Hemp Oil

Instructions
- Remove the pit and put the date into your blender jar. Add in the rest of the ingredients (you can use almond or coconut milk instead of almond coconut).
- Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Refrigerate or drink right away.
Spicy Banana Oat
Ingredients
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground turmeric
- 1 dropper of Aja Hemp oil

Instructions
- Peel the banana, chop it and put into your blender jar. Add in the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Refrigerate or drink right away.
Green Apple Ginger
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups kale
- 1 medium apple
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp minced ginger root
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds
- 1 dropper of Aja Hemp oil

Instructions
- Peel and cut the banana, then put it into your blender jar. Cut the apple and remove the kale stems. Mince your fresh ginger and add in the rest of the ingredients too.
- Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Refrigerate or drink right away.
Blueberry Avocado Chia
Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup almond coconut milk
- 1 medjool date
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp chia or flax
- ¼ tsp vanilla powder
- 1 dropper of Aja Hemp oil

Instructions
- Skin and pit the avocado, then put one half into your blender jar. Add the fresh or frozen blueberries and the pitted date.
- Add the almond coconut milk (you can also use either almond milk or coconut milk) as well as the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Refrigerate or drink right away
